Nana Agyemang is a social media editor at The Cut, with a focus on the brand’s work on Instagram. She has previously worked with Refinery29, ELLE Magazine, The New York Times and BBC News as a social media story teller, strategist, video host, and writer. In 2016 she created, EveryStylishGirl, a multimedia platform which has gained over 20k supporters in two years on Instagram. Nana has a talent for building long-lasting digital brands with inspiring content. She received her masters at Columbia University in multi-media storytelling, specializing in fashion and diversity. In 2016 she was invited by The White House to attend the White House Correspondent’s Dinner with Barack and Michelle Obama due to her achievements as a visual storyteller

This brand celebrates the beauty of West African print though fashionable accessories and clothing, handmade by tailors and artisans in Lagos, Nigeria. They design all of their fair trade goods, which include headwraps, leather bags, clothing, and waistbeads.

Cee Cee’s Closet NYC has been featured in notable publications such as TimeOutNY, Essence, The New Yorker, The Huffington Post, Allure, Fashion Bomb Daily, Teen Vogue, Holiday, and Buzzfeed. Through their alluring imagery and stunning pop-up boutiques, they’ve won the hearts of thousands of women across the globe including Tiffany Haddish, Gabourey Sidibe, Evelyn of the Internets, and Simone Missick.
